Company History
In 2018, Stephen Mejean and Jesse Poole connected on a technology forum. Stephen, based in Indiana, brings a wealth of experience in data aggregation and analysis. Jesse, residing in Alberta, Canada, carries a vast background in business development. Bonding over their shared frustrations with the disjointed and inefficient state of analytics usage in corporate settings, they quickly realized they shared a vision for a new solution.
Three by Nine was born to offer organizations an alternative to the current high-cost transactional-based model. Three by Nine works as an ally to your organization over the short, medium and long term. We know data doesn’t end with one project, our model is an ongoing solution to ensure you have the resources you need, when you need them.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to save organizations time by using data to automate tasks that are consuming valuable employee time. We believe employees can do more with information that is clean and presented well.

Stephen Mejean,
Co-founder
Stephen is a data and analytics professional with over a decade of experience in the field. He joined the Army after high school, where he was an airborne infantryman and spent over a year deployed to Iraq in 2006. Upon being honorably discharged, he enrolled at the University of Indianapolis, attaining his Bachelors in Information Systems. Over the next 11 years, he worked in data at several different tech companies and other industries. In 2021 he earned his Masters of Business Analytics from Purdue University.
